Social Tooltip Hover Buttons

Social Tooltip Hover Buttons is a button in the UI HUB buttons collection. A row of social icon buttons. On hover, a branded color tooltip fades in above/below with the platform name. Each button has a unique background color on hover.

The component is driven by 4 documented props (buttons, className, tooltipPosition, size), so colours, intensity, timing and density can be tuned from the call site instead of being hard-coded.
