Target Cursor

Target Cursor is a cursor effect in the UI HUB cursor effects collection. A precision crosshair cursor with corner brackets that snaps to and parallax-scales with interactive elements. Rotates slowly when idle, expands on hover.

The component is driven by 3 documented props (color, size, sensitivity), so colours, intensity, timing and density can be tuned from the call site instead of being hard-coded.
