Drag Drop Upload Zone

Drag Drop Upload Zone is a form in the UI HUB forms collection. A drag-and-drop upload zone with keyboard/click fallback, per-file size validation, a progress ring that orbits the cloud icon while uploading, and removable file chips listing name and size.

The component is driven by 9 documented props (onFilesChange, accept, multiple, maxSizeMB, progress, simulateProgress and 3 more), so colours, intensity, timing and density can be tuned from the call site instead of being hard-coded.
